In short: this website is an informational showcase. There are no registration forms and we do not sell online. We process your contact details when you write to us, and we use Google Analytics for aggregate statistics on how the site is used, with its advertising features turned off. The site shows no advertising.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Azienda Agricola Khablak Anna (Barboncini Toy Kennel — Special One Kennel), based at Via XXV Aprile 48, 25060 Cellatica (BS), Italy — VAT no. IT04254930987.

2. What data we process and why

a) Contact details you provide voluntarily. If you write to us by email, phone or WhatsApp (name, phone number, email address, message content), we use this data solely to reply to you and handle your request: information about the puppies, booking a visit, boarding service. Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

b) Browsing data. The hosting provider's systems collect, solely for technical operation and security, certain data whose transmission is implicit in internet protocols: IP addresses, access times, pages requested. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security and correct functioning of the site (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

c) WhatsApp. If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, the processing of data by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. is governed by its privacy policy.

This site contains no data-collection forms, requires no registration and does not process special categories of personal data.

3. Cookies and third-party services

The site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) for aggregate statistics on how the site is used, with Google Signals and ad personalisation turned off: the data is not used for advertising. The site shows no ads. The other third-party content is the OpenStreetMap map in the Contact section. Cookies, their durations and how to disable them are detailed in the Cookie Policy.

4. Recipients of the data

The data is not disclosed or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be accessed solely by: the data controller; the hosting provider (Aruba S.p.A., with servers in Italy/EU) as data processor; Google Ireland Ltd., data processor for the Google Analytics statistics service; and the providers of the messaging services you choose to use (e.g. WhatsApp).

5. Transfers outside the EU

Data processed directly by us stays within the European Union. The use of Google Analytics and any contact via WhatsApp may involve transfers to the United States: such transfers take place on the basis of the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and the provider's adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

6. Retention periods

The communications we receive are kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and, in the event of a subsequent sale contract, for the applicable statutory terms. The server's technical logs are kept by the provider for standard security periods.

7. Your rights

Under Articles 15-22 GDPR you have the right to obtain: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. You can exercise your rights by writing to info@barboncinitoy.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
